Job Responsibilities
Arranging and booking meetings and meeting spaces/venues.
Arranging and booking flights/hotels/transportation for the team.
Manage service providers for the office such as cleaning, internet, equipment, etc.
Manage outsourced providers for the office such as outsourced accounting/payroll, etc.
Print, scan, photocopy, and bind documents for the team as necessary.
Answering the phone on behalf of the company.
Ensuring office protocols are in order and office tidiness.
Managing the company admin email and forwarding emails to the relevant person to handle.
Handling other secretarial matters as necessary.
Being able to use Outlook and Team Meeting.
