Job Description
Insight Global's client is seeking an Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations and serve as the warm, professional first point of contact at reception. Responsibilities include answering and routing incoming calls, greeting clients/guests, scheduling appointments, coordinating deliveries and vendors, maintaining office and kitchen supplies, and keeping the building organized and client-ready. Additional administrative support includes receiving/distributing mail, preparing outgoing mail (including post office runs as needed), and assisting with copying, scanning, filing, data entry, document management, and assembly of tax-related documents, plus coordinating partner lunches (typically up to twice per month).
