Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a FEMALE Office Administrator candidate. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the admin staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

Booking travel and accommodation needs for required employees

Assisting in the poultry shows and stalls to the tech and sales team

Managing the marketing materials

Coordinate administrative tasks to support the functions

Manage phone calls and corresponding e-mails, letters, packages etc.

Assisting in taking the minutes of meeting for all the office/board meetings

Assisting the Business Manager, Operations Manager in arranging meetings

Assisting Company Senior Management Team where required

Responsible for all visitor requirements – Domestic and overseas
