Office assistant
Office Assistant, Sharjah, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks and provide general support to the office.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, be able to work independently and have excellent interpersonal skills. We prefer a Pakistani national but nationality is not essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Organizing documents and maintaining filing systems
- Liaising with staff and providing assistance where necessary
- Handling stock inventory and ordering supplies when needed
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and other tasks as assigned
- Providing support for office events as required
