Printer / Copier Support Diagnose, repair, and service HP, Sharp, and Konica Minolta printers/copiers Perform routine maintenance, fault-finding, and part replacements Install and configure printers, scanners, drivers, and print management solutions Provide professional on-site technical support and troubleshooting Configure printer and network settings, including: IP addresses Gateways DNS Subnet masks Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN connectivity, switches, routers) Accurately complete service reports and job cards Role / Function: PABX & Telephony Support Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of PABX and VoIP systems Perform basic to intermediate fault finding on telephony systems and endpoints Configure IP handsets, extensions, and basic call routing Support customer environments using: VoIP Systems Yeastar P-Series and S-Series systems (preferred) 3CX platforms (preferred) Assist with SIP trunk setup, endpoint registration, and basic VoIP troublesh...
