POSITION PURPOSE

AB‑11 Group Services Pty Limited is seeking an organised and dependable Office Manager to coordinate daily office operations and support the smooth running of a busy plant hire and services business. The role provides essential administrative and operational support to the Director, Accounts/Payroll Officer, allocator, operators, subcontractors, and clients.

This position is suited to someone who can manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate documentation, support scheduling activities, and improve workflow efficiency across the business. The Office Manager provides a consistent administrative presence and assists with operational requirements both in the office and onsite when required.
