Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to users for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Resolve system, application, and connectivity issues in a timely manner
- Maintain IT inventory, asset tagging, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, warranties, and technical support
- Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and basic IT security compliance
- Support ERP/POS systems and user access management (if applicable)
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT or external support when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant IT support experience
