The candidate is required to work 12 hours shifts independently performing deployment of tugboats to our clients.

• Order Management - Assigning tugs to specific vessels based on MPA guidelines and availability, ensuring efficient resource utilisation
• Maintaining communication with tug master, pilot, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth safe operation and coordination
• Continuously monitoring operation, adjusting plans as and when required, creation of work completion report
• Monitor service level and upkeep of customer satisfaction

• GCE “O” / NITEC / SPM Form 5 equivalent

• Planning and scheduling experience
• Knowledge of Singapore port information
• Applicants who have previous port agency knowledge and experience will have an advantage
