OFFICER, SECURITY

Primary Responsibilities

Support the Security Supervisor in all aspects
of security including operations of security. Assist the Security Manager in
ensuring that the mall is always safe and secure for public. 

Assist Security Supervisor in ensuring overall security of shopping mall.

Responsible for the day-to-day security of the mall, internally and externally.

Implementation and execution of security SOP, standing instruction and policies. 

Create a strong and efficient security team. 

Monitor of security guard’s performance and the compliance to SOP. 

Develop and review daily reports. 

Attends to all incident and accident and its near misses. 

Establish good relationships with tenants and occupants of the mall. 

Supervise a team of outsourced security guards that consist of local and foreign nationality. 

Develop internal mall security teams’ roster and schedules.
