ME Medical Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Obstetrics and Gynaecology Consultant for a Regional Country City in Northern NSW.

The town has a country feel to it in a subtropical climate.  It is cold in the winter and can get very hot in the summer so presents the four seasons well.

Situated on a river, this has a tight knit community.

The Women’s Care Unit includes a team of midwives, nurses, obstetricians, paediatricians and provides care to women and their families in the immediate and surrounding areas.

The team works with GPs, social workers, physiotherapists, Aboriginal Maternal and Infant Health Service (AMIHS) teams and child and family health nurses and is is a Level 4 service which means they can care for most women and their unborn babies during pregnancy and after birth.  At times, we care for women with gynaecological health problems or surgery.
