O&M Governance & Processes Engineer

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Head of O&M Excellence, the O&M Governance & Processes Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining O&M processes, procedures, and operational standards to ensure consistency, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment across assets, regions, and corporate functions.

The role will work cross-functionally with Operations, Asset Integrity, Asset Management, HSE and external contractors, contributing to operational excellence and the scalability of the company’s O&M model. The role will also support CMMS integration and driving best practices across the O&M organization.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical and process-structuring capabilities with experience in aligning procedures and digital maintenance tools and  ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
