Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities for BESS and Solar PV plants, ensuring optimal system performance and availability.
- Monitor plant performance, KPIs, and SLAs, implementing corrective and preventive actions when needed.
- Manage and oversee Service Request (SR) tickets, ensuring timely resolution aligned with customer requirements.
- Supervise on-site O&M activities including inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient plant operation in compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
