We are currently seeking an experienced O&M Shift Leader to join our team. The O&M Shift Leader will serve as the primary responder to operational and technical incidents, leading a maintenance team in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. The role is responsible for ensuring system availability, reliability, and compliance with contractual service requirements while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
