The NA Omnichannel Orchestration Manager role is accountable for overseeing the team and key processes that transform customer engagement plans into high performing HCP and Patient omnichannel campaigns, with a focus on speed-to-market, innovative capabilities, and continuous improvement. The manager will be the brand’s partner in getting the right message to the right customer via the right channels at the right time.

Main Responsibilities
