On-Site Project Supervisor & Quality Lead

The Citizens Foundation is seeking a Civil Engineer with 3–10 years of building construction experience to supervise on-site activities, ensure work aligns with designs, contracts, and quality standards. You will coordinate with engineers, contractors, and the line manager to meet milestones within budget.

This role requires strong knowledge of soil, topography, structural drawings, and safety practices, with proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
