Location: Mexico City (on‐site, local presence required)

Hands‐on hardware and desktop support
End‐user / floor support
Local incident handling and coordination
Physical presence in the office as needed
Profile Expectations
Strong experience in on‐site support environments
Comfortable with hardware troubleshooting and break/fix
Able to work independently and interface directly with users
Prior financial services experience is a plus, but not required

Work model: Primarily on‐site (not remote)
Language: Spanish required; English working proficiency preferred
