Onboarding Data Specialist

As an Onboarding Data Specialist at iCareManager, you will be a critical part of our System Implementation team, responsible for entering and managing sensitive data to help onboard new customers to our platform. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong knowledge of healthcare data, and a deep understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements.

You will ensure all data is accurate, complete, and securely handled, while communicating clearly and professionally with customers throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter, migrate, and organize customer data (such as individual profiles, medical records, plans, and funding data) into the iCareManager system.

Work closely with System Implementation Managers to understand each customer’s specific data requirements, timelines, and unique needs.

Conduct thorough data quality checks and validations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
