Want a role where you can shape someone’s career from day one? Realise is looking for experienced transport professionals to support apprentices as they begin their journey – managing enrolments, delivering inductions, and providing on‑bus mentoring to build confidence and safe driving practices.

You don’t need teaching qualifications to apply; we’ll support you in gaining them. This hands‑on role offers real purpose, giving you the chance to guide learners at a critical stage while contributing to safer, more professional transport services.

Whilst no two days will be the same, you can expect to:

• Manage learner enrolments and support apprentices through a smooth onboarding process
• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive induction sessions (primarily face‑to‑face with some online delivery)
• Tailor induction content using initial assessment results to meet individual learner needs
