The KYC Team Lead at SeaBank oversees a team handling customer onboarding, Anti-Money Laundering monitoring, and Customer Due Diligence to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies through timely, high-quality eKYC reviews. This role manages workloads, monitors performance, implements improvements, and coaches Analysts and Senior Analysts to meet SLAs and KPIs while conducting quality assurance checks on reviewed profiles.
- Manage a team of KYC analysts and actively managing their allocations.
- Monitor the production queue and make sure the team meets the SLA, productivity & quality targets.
- Supports the Onboarding Lead in strategizing for process enhancements and in the preparation of KYC reports.
