In this fast‑paced retail environment, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and maintaining the store’s appearance.
You will be responsible for
- Providing great natural service by knowing and serving customers with passion.
- Encouraging customers to give feedback through the ‘have your say’ survey.
- Working across all areas of the store (online, tills, replenishment, vending, stock routines) to meet customer needs.
- Putting into practice training to ensure safe working practices.
