Qualifications:
LOCATION: This is an onsite role for construction services in Chandler, AZ.
Here's what you'll need:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least 8 years of Revit/BIM electrical design experience
- Team leadership interaction experience
- Experience with electrical engineering power distribution design projects; industrial or mission-critical facilities experience is a plus.
- Understanding of electrical power system equipment/components such as switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc.
- Familiarity with NEC and electrical design requirements
- Experience responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals and ability to perform site walks
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Construction administration lead experience
