Onsite Mandarin IT Help Desk | Level 1 Support

blaseek is looking for a skilled individual for a Level 1 Technical Support role at their location in the Mall of Asia Business Complex, Pasay, Philippines. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and have strong English communication skills, as well as experience in providing customer service.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing efficient support. This position requires working onsite with the possibility of graveyard shifts.
