• Respect and follow plant safety policies and guidelines
• Comply with and monitor environmental guidelines, policies and procedures related to the activities of your operation
• Meet the quality requirements that apply to your operation
• Report any abnormality related to the safety and/or quality of your workstation
• Participate in training programs, safety and hygiene procedures, and promote a safety culture
• Strictly follow the process letter instructions
• Comply with the first discipline standard of your work area
• Attend work punctually and consistently
• Participation in problem solving
