We are looking for an Operation Engineer for QC Microbiology lab (Microbiologist cum training package developer) to work for our Pharma client in Tuas. Refer below Job details.
1. Provision of support for Training Packages development are:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop comprehensive training packages (competency-based) on Empower and Chromatography for Quality team.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for training package development.
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments.
- Ensure all training materials are aligned with current industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Client's internal policies.
- Assist in the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of existing Quality transversal training packages.
