Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor school facilities, maintenance, and contractor performance.
- Support campus upgrading, relocation, and operational readiness projects.
- Coordinate security, safety inspections, emergency exercises, and incident reporting.
- Oversee cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and environmental services.
- Plan logistics for school events, examinations, and other activities.
- Manage school assets, inventory, and operational records.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and government agencies.
- Assist with operational budgets, procurement administration, and compliance with MOE policies.
Requirements
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, Estate Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
