Description and Requirements
Job Responsibility:
Report Development and Maintenance
Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements on Dashboard/reports. 
Provide in-depth data analysis and dashboard designing Design, develop and build PBI report to support complex business scenarios. 
Maintain and monitor PBI Dashboard on regular basis to ensure data accuracy and completeness Continue optimizing logic and stability to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross team, implement relative changes as required
Data Analysis and Monitoring
Perform Data Analysis and monitor execution result, provide insightful analysis on operation KPIs. 
Take proper action on abnormal performance indicator to ensure Biz Operating healthy
