Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met
• Manage and optimize supply chain logistics and fleet operations
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and reduce costs
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management
• Lead, train and supervise operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and distribution teams to meet business targets

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, preferably in the FMCG industry
