Job Description
- Monitor and supervise daily logistics operations (shipment, delivery, and related processes)
- Ensure smooth execution of operations in accordance with customer requirements
- Identify operational issues and provide timely solutions to minimize disruption
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and vendors regarding operational matters
