**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Assist in tracking repair progress,accroding to eLM system,monitor lean line output, collect leanline breakdown problem, assist engineer to find out solutions.
+ Monitor and collect the reasons for key equipment downtime according to the eMM system.
+ Assist in collecting and analyzing quality data, and participate in handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to ensure compliance with GE Vernova quality standards.
+ Strictly adhere to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and assist in routine safety audits to foster a culture of safety.
+ Support cross-functional projects (e.g., digital shop floor management, logistics optimization) through data analysis and documentation.
+ Participate in SOP standardization and identify bottlenecks in the repair process to support Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
