Operational Accounting Analyst Role (Carp)

Join our finance department as an Operational Accounting Analyst, where you will assist in month-end close processes and daily accounting operations. Your role is vital in performing account reconciliations and ensuring clarity in financial statements, benefiting from a supportive finance leadership team. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of accounting experience and a proactive learning attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post accurate journal entries each month
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and variance investigations
• Review and process employee expenses and transaction documentation
• Support month-end close activities and trial balance preparation
• Aid in year-end audits and compliance documentation
