**JOB SUMMARY:**
Lead Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement and Digitalization activities across the Plant functions, in order to meet strategic BP objectives and enable transformation; ultimately improving overall productivity & efficiency to absorb volume increase, enhance resources utilization, increase customer satisfaction, increase flexibility, reduce complexity, lower operational costs and seek value creation/optimization opportunities while maintaining high levels of Quality & Safety standards, targeting World Class operations.
