Operational Performance Improvement Head

Job Description:

• Lead KAIZEN Continuous Improvement initiatives across plantation and palm oil mill operations.
• Identify and execute productivity improvement opportunities.
• Analyze operational performance using KPIs.
• Drive cross-functional projects to reduce losses and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Train and coach operational teams on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement.
• Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills.
• Willing to travel regularly to plantation sites and palm oil mills.
