What you'll do
Helping to build a deep understanding of plant operations across our production network in Spain and Portugal, you will be responsible for learning and applying the knowledge required to lead a manufacturing facility, developing your leadership capability across real operational challenges, and gaining end‑to‑end experience of a production environment. You will also rotate across different plants and functions, working alongside experienced plant managers to translate strategic goals into day‑to‑day operational excellence.
