About the role Benefact Group  are looking for a Operational Resilience Manager  to join our Gloucester  office. 
To lead the ongoing evolution, optimisation and practical application of the company’s Operational Resilience framework. This role ensures the organisation is prepared to prevent, respond to, recover and learn from disruptive incidents, in compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with industry best practices. This includes aligning to the spirit and direction of FCA/PRA expectations across a multi-entity group.
