You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when it will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Business Overview

The Operational Resiliency Specialist supports the development and execution of Fidelity Canada’s business continuity and operational resilience capabilities. This role works closely with business units to identify critical services, map key processes, and develop resiliency & continuity plans to ensure the organization can respond effectively to disruptions. The role focuses on supporting runbook development, identifying dependencies, business impact analysis (BIA), continuity planning, and operational readiness, while supporting crisis exercises and resilience initiatives.
