Operational Risk Management Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead in Operational Risk Management to support the development and execution of risk management strategies. This role will focus on managing operational risk assessments, identifying risk exposures, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive risk identification and analysis across various business units.
• Provide inputs related to individual workplans and the overall development of the ORM function.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of operational risk management strategies to ensure compliance.
• Perform reviews and develop operational risk policies and standards.
• Identify and assess operational risks across business units through Risk and Control Self‑Assessments (RCSA) and Project Risk Assessments/Advisory activities.
• Support business assurance management in developing Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
