Operational Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic planning together with the Head of Enterprise Risk Management and develop or establish Operational Risk Management Strategies aligned with the overall objectives of Home Credit Philippines.
• Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices that could impact operational risk management, including Krungsri/BAY consolidated policies and procedures that may affect operational risk.
• Monitor and update the Operational Risk Appetite of Home Credit Philippines, ensuring that breaches of set limits are escalated to the Board of Directors or Senior Management promptly.
• Review outputs of the teams – Operational Risk Team Leader and Outsourcing Team Leader – ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and target quality.
• Assess the potential impact of operational risks on the organization’s ability to meet its goals and objectives.

Qualifications
