Overview
The Operations Agent SSD is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day import/export of international shipments, all transport modes, in accordance with customer requests within the Ship Spares Division.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to qualify their shipping requirements and obtain all details (regulations, certificates, documentation) necessary for shipment quotation and operation to ensure the customer’s request is satisfied.
