Position Responsibilities- Review data and analyze performance metrics to identify trends for our Operations, Customer Service, Warehouse and Sales teams.
- Prepare concise, data-driven memos with actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Own and manage Power BI reporting used across the business.
- Partner across internal teams to support leadership requests and recommend improvement strategies to streamline operations.
