Anovia is seeking an Operations Analyst to support one of our enterprise clients in the telecommunications sector. In this role, you will identify and evaluate operational challenges across people, processes, and tools, translating data analysis into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and support the delivery of exceptional customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset, always asking whether there's a smarter way to do things. You are equally comfortable in the weeds of a dataset and presenting findings to senior leadership.
