Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analysts you will manage the maintenance and support of Global Infrastructure Support technology solutions.You will do this with a focus on automation and systems monitoring, ensuring supportable and reliable operations.You will participate in IT projects, provide support, and consult with other members within IT including the Global Service Desk, Site IT Support, and Infrastructure Engineer job families.
**Main Responsibilities.
**- Perform troubleshooting and evaluation of tickets generated by the monitoring of global systems/networks.
- Follow best practices outlined in knowledge articles.
- Work with Global Infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
- Work with Infrastructure teams to create Knowledge Articles.
**Qualifications.
**- Bachelor's degree in systems administration or another computer-related field.
