Operations Analyst

The Neuberger Singapore Middle Office team is responsible for a wide range of processes that include (but not limited to) Cash and Position Reconciliation, break resolution, trade life cycle management, broker onboarding, new product onboarding, client onboarding, and other related tasks that arise on an ad‑hoc basis. Candidates should be able to work well independently or as part of a team, handle work under pressure, and prioritize tasks based on deadlines, risk product, and account location.

• Manual booking of all required cash entries to our Portfolio Management system (Aladdin). Entries may include fees, interest, tax, STIF, client flows, etc.
• Daily reconciliation of all cash transactions and balances for the previous business day and publish tradable cash balances post‑reconciliation for all currencies across all Equity/Fixed Income accounts.
