POSITION: Operations Analyst – Wireless Exceptions
Location: York Mills, North York, ON
Salary Rate: $30.00/hr + $1.00/hr travel allowance
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Tenure: Full-Time, Ongoing
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Analyst – Wireless Exceptions to join a fast-paced operations setting supporting wireless order fulfillment and exception management processes.
This role is responsible for managing and resolving wireless order exceptions, coordinating with internal departments and third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and continuous process improvement.
