Operations Coordinator

P+S Recruitment are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to work in Loddon on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will support the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of projects and operations, while maintaining exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of projects and operations in line with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Manage client enquiries from initial contact through to project completion, preparing quotations, maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to promote additional services.
• Monitor project costs, revenue, margins, invoices, and payments to support commercial performance and budget control.
