Job Description
Review incoming job orders and verify all necessary documents are provided and in order.
Prepare and send the following documents , Instruction to Inspectors which includes the scope of work, target budget for the job/project, type of inspectors to be deployed, duration of inspection, and other pertinent instructions based on the specifics of the job/project.
Ensure that the inspection budget and expenses are tracked and controlled.
Ensure that the technical and commercial matters related to a project/job are clear, reviewed, and approved by the Industrial Services Head, and understood by the responsible inspector/s.
Ensure that concerns during the job/project are clearly communicated to the client with regular follow throughs and monitoring. Any major concerns are elevated to the Industrial Services Head.
Coordinate with the client representative for any technical or commercial issues that may be encountered...
