ICONMA is seeking an Operations Coordinator to serve as a force multiplier across our communications, business development, and operational functions. The ideal candidate brings a background in staffing or recruiting, thrives wearing multiple hats, and actively leverages AI tools, to work smarter, move faster, and deliver higher-quality output every day. This is a role for someone who is highly adaptable, eager to learn new systems, and energized by variety. You will support content and communication while also rolling up your sleeves on sales support, operational analysis, VMS/BI tools, all within a fast-moving staffing environment.
