As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Operations Manager and PMO by ensuring the right technicians—with the right skills—are scheduled on the right projects at the right time. You will maintain an up‑to‑date technician skills matrix, coordinate closely with the Operations Manager and PMO, and help forecast labor needs based on sales pipelines and project schedules.
