MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE: Provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi‑product, FDA‑regulated manufacturing organization. This role shapes production strategy, ensures compliant and efficient operations across multiple shifts, and builds scalable manufacturing capabilities aligned to business objectives.
