Operations Director

As Operations Director , you have overall responsibility for providing Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality and Facilities oversight for the Fragrances division at local level to deliver products to customers on time, applying defined product quality requirements while optimizing production costs.

Strategy design and execution

• Participate in the design of the regional Operations strategy and definition of related objectives based on input provided by other functions locally, e.g. Commercial, Regulatory.
• Based on regional strategy, oversee the design and execution of tactical and operational plans locally to meet functional objectives.

Function management

• Provide direction across all Operations sub-functions locally to drive alignment and improve operational visibility.
