We are looking for an Operations Engineer, Senior who will:
Act as thefirst responder for production incidents and exceptions, ensuringquick triage and resolution of critical issues.
Collaborate withdevelopment, QA, and architecture teams to improveobservability, logging, and alerting across the application stack.
Handledeployment and configuration of the ACB solution in production environments.
Monitor thefunctionality and performance of the ACB solution and ensure uptime and reliability.
Create and maintainoperational playbooks and SOPs for recurring tasks and incident handling.
Participate inAgile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and DevOps activities.
